Hey all. I have been buying the divine lucky envelopes. I had 16 in the bank and a chest of 5 and a chest of 10 in my inventory. I went to open them today, but when I opened the chests, the divine envelopes weren’t added to my inventory and when I checked my bank, the other 16 were gone. They were there last night. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and had figured out how to recover the envelopes or the gold spent. Thanks all.

Not heard of this particular one before. But, sometimes items temporarily ‘get lost’ between the bank and the character. Usually, either a change of maps, logging out and back in, or a wait of a day or two ‘finds’ the lost items. Make sure to check all bank slots, character inventories, guild banks, etc., and if not found after a few days, submit a request for assistance to the CS Team.
