getting right to the point~
arcane wave (the blast finisher) underwater 99% of the time doesnt proc the blast finisher, i am not sure why, but i guess its cause the blast finisher isnt on player like it should be, but somewhere else
anyway i died a lot coz of it not beeing able to stack stealth in wvw ~
its quite disturbing , would be nice if someone could look into it
