You can try a -repair of the client (Top of Page – Support – Knowledge Base – Search (Repair).

If that doesn’t help, you can try posting over in the Tech Support sub-forum, or for an individualized response, submit a Tech Support ticket. (Same as above, but ‘Submit a Request’).
