Transformation skills like tornado, plague and lich form can be used as stomping or ressing players from downed state. This isn’t possible while on the form and if activating skill while stomping or ressing it cancels what you are doing but if activating skill at same time with stomp or res you start ressing or stomping while on transformed form. This same exploit can be used with death shroud.
This has been possible since launch [citation needed] and is not considered a bug nowadays. Just a gimmicky mechanic.
Once you get downed, you’ve already lost the fight.
