So I got kicked out of to login while I was on the arm of abbadon JP at 8:21 i was halfway past part 2 and i log back and I am in LA why is LA the place I load into really i was halfway up there now i got do the stupid thing all over waste a good 30+ mins getting up there.

You are lucky. I got kicked after completing the puzzle.
And all the progress is lost.

Same happened to me (DC from Siren’s Landing JP + reconnect in Lion’s Arch). Got DCed to character screen taking a break at first checkpoint; login screen had moved my character to LA (checkpoint marker of JP of course gone).

The same happened to me. Got DC when close to completion of that JP and I logged back into Lion’s Arch for some reason.
