Guild Wars 2

I have played the inquisition game more times than I can count, and yet the counter never goes past nine. Seems stuck and I don’t want to miss the achievement. Is this a bug of some sort???

I found it only counts when you get the chest at the end. Are you getting the chest each and every time?

It should always count if you either score within the top 10 players or manage to kill a player as a ghost/lunatic.
