I just bought 2 new sets of gathering tools and equipped one set and went out to get green wood. after 3 trees it said no gathering tools equipped like it had used them up. so i equipped another one and after 2 trees it used them up as well. went back into divinity’s reach and talked to a merchant with coins above his head and all his prices were in karma, yet the next vender over with coins above his head is in coins. whats going on with these???

Hello Dohrinrhine, can you specify the location of the NPCs you mentioned? Also, is this only occurring with the tree gathering tools, or is it happening with all gathering tools?

I noticed if you run away from gathering and the gathering bar has not finished you break your equipment. Try waiting for the bar to complete.
