getting less AR than im supposed to have
It’s probably because you switched a ring or something to another one.
It’s a bug I encounter frequently, but a workaround is to unequip all of your trinkets and equip them back again.

I can see that you are at the jade maw in that screenshot, and you should know that you cannot reequip agony resistance in fractals, so you shouldn’t remove them once you start. It’s a system so people don’t play with other magic find equipment through the trash mobs and then equip strong agony res gear just for the boss. At least that’s what I’ve heard, so I never ever removed my agony gear.

you havent heard that one before, because it is untrue.
I can confirm this bug. I usually switch to my MF gear during the jade maw and hence exchange most of my AR gear with MF gear. Now when I switch back to my AR gear, the AR is not calculated correctly I’ll die because of 10 AR in 30+ fractals (I have 40 AR).
Re-equip does not really help to gain the actual AR value.
If you unequip all, then re-equip all, it works, you get your full amount back.
