I did what you said and nothing show up. probably it was the second or third stack was disappeared and I placed forth stack on the disappearing slot.. I just did little research on other thread, they said I shouldn’t place another item on disappearing slot. What should I do now T T

Depending on exactly which slot is ‘lagged’…
The known bag/bank lag issue ‘locks’ the inventory or bank slot that the lagged items have been moved to, so you can’t move anything into that personal inventory slot nor can you (or anyone) move anything into the lagged guild bank slot.
If you’ve tried Notts suggestion, which is the usual fix alongside leaving/re-entering a map, without success then its something else and you need to ticket support for help.
Try to include the time/date you deposited the stacks, as that will help them narrow down what part of your account log to review.
Meantimes, while you wait for support to respond, try placing a cheap junk item into each empty slot in your inventory bags and bank – if you find a slot that won’t accept the item then you know that’s the one lagging and that it is this particular bug involved.
Hope this helps a little and good luck with the ticket.

Thanks for your suggestions. I tried to buy some cheaper salvage kit to fill up my inventory slots and bank slots. all accepts items. and I checked the deposit log of guild bank. It only shown I deposited 5 stacks but I know I have 6. I think the stacks overwrote the lagged one?
since all my stabilizing matrix are brought from TP so I went back and check the log. I It shows I have brought 1750 stabilizing matrix after I added them up. it is about 7 stacks. I deposited one stack into my personal bank, it leave me with 6 stacks for deposit into guild bank. so I did not lie on it.
Did you check Material Storage for any missing Matrices?
Did you check Material Storage for any missing Matrices?
Yes, I see 1 stack in my personal bank and 5 stacks in my guild bank. 1 stack is missing.

They asked me to add -repair at end of shortcut to repair the local Dat file. but no luck.
then, they asked a screenshot for the guild bank. I’m now waiting for their response.
I meant Matrices in Material Storage as opposed to some in an inventory slot in the Account Vault. It’s unclear (to me) where the one stack is located.
I hope the CS Team assists you.
This happened to me as well. I lost 100 bolts of wool. I was having item lag at the time, but items I transfer to my guild bank that don’t show up immediately usually show up when I move more items into my guild bank. Unfortunately, the 100 bolts of wool I transferred never reappeared.
I contacted support and they reimbursed me. They said there was no record of the loss, but replaced my items anyway. That’s very concerning. If it had been something more expensive than 100 bolts of wool, would they have so quickly replaced my lost items? I’m not so sure.
I frequently transfer items from my main account to my alt accounts through my personal guild bank, and this is the first time something like this has happened.

The CS Team has been very helpful replacing lost/destroyed items, no matter the value. You can find dozens of threads about it here on the forums, alone.

Please point me to the dozens of threads where items of high value (ie. 50+ gold) that were lost were reimbursed by the cs team.
Search on these forums don’t work, and I have a hard time believing they’d replace lost items of high value when their records aren’t able to verify the loss.

They replied me with "The appropriate team has been notified of this issue. " etc.
sound like they won’t reimburse me. but will see.

yes, 1 stack in my personal bank means in my Material Storage. I don’t have any Matrices in my personal bank inventory slot.
This is a common issue with the guild bank.
A lot of times when you try to move a item between it and your inventory, the item disappears.
A relog always fixes this.
