Guild Wars 2

i had 1000 guild points saved up and when i wenet bcak in it was all missing

i was saving the 1000 to make a guildbank but then it reset to 0

who do i contact to get this fixed

Are you sure no one else in your guild spent that influence on something else?

i give nobody permission to use the guild points. only i have the permission, and yesterday i was playing that was when i realized i had 0 points. i had about 975 or something like that. i looked at history no used points.
