Either return the lost influence or do something with the remaining time. As the influences used to speed it up were bought from Guild Promoter.

Same here. It only finished after I opened the upgrade tab even though it should have finished hours ago.
But even worse: There’s now only one upgrade build slot active instead of two. The only way to keep up our guild stuff the way we used to even halfway would be to pretty much rush everything. So I’d like to know what’s the way to deal with this:
1. Wait for fix because it’s being fixed in the next few hours?
2. Use up stored influence and request influene refund through support ticket?
3. Buy influence through gold and request gold refund through support ticket?
4. ….?
same here, got Art of war uppgrade stuck on 0 time remaning but the uppgrade isn’t finished.
Got 2 upgrades stalled at 0 as well, was hoping that it would sort its self out, but 24hrs later still looks the same.
I was hoping this was what got “fixed” last night. Nope. I was hoping there would be more “fixes” today. Nope. I hope Anet is up on the time that upgrades have been running, because I don’t want my guild set back for their screw up.
We queued a 3rd upgrade and then: the 1st upgrade on queue finished, Art of War lvl 5 followed up with a restarted timer.
ANet, either refund the 150k influence or do something with it.
If your first upgrade is stuck, go and edit your next in line upgrades. Swap places with upgrade 2 and upgrade 3 and it should fix the problem.
Our problem lies in the gold we wasted. We used over 100g to speed up 3x Art of War level 5, 12 hours remaining until completion before patch, after patch the 2nd queue froze and now it restarted back to 167 hours.
Yes, we had 2 upgrades stuck at 0% left and wouldn’t finish. Thanks to the tip posted here (Thanks Lahrun!) I changed the order of queued buffs and then the 2 stuck ones completed. Now we have the same problem Raphael mentioned, only 1 build slot!
I sent in a ticket about 30 minutes after the patch yesterday regarding the queue and Guild Workshop not properly taking effect once unlocked. They got back to me today saying they’re aware of it, so there’s not much else we can do. Once things settle down in a couple days or whenever most of the stuff is fixed, I’d recommend sending in a support ticket about the problem, Nightz, so that they can check it out and hopefully resolve the problem. Considering how much you spent, I have very little doubt that they wouldn’t do something about it.

Thanks to Lahrun for that post about how to fix it. It has been driving me nuts for the past couple of days and with your idea it worked. I got our upgrades working again and everything is back to business. Cheers!!!
