this is the only site that this happens. happens in chrome and firefox,

not sure why though.

top tab is chrome, bottom tab is firefox.

Doesn’t happen for me in Firefox.

seems like it was a conflict with avast web shields., reboot, turned shields off and on again, refreshed, and now all good. no viruse, no malwarebytes finds, so disregard.
