Just had the same experience with a human toon. Was doing a map completion.
I’m facing this bug atm, just need that poi to map completion.
i tested it. Seems to be only people with out the heart of thorns or path of fire upgrades.
Can anyone on a free to play account or a original vanilla game confirm this ?
I have heart of thorns and pre ordered path of fire, and it loads fine for me, but not my guild mates, whom all have free edition.
Also it started with this big patch that updated all the professions and gave the wvw legendary gear.
Have both PoF pre-ordered and HoT on my account and it sends me to Black Citadel.

Trying to map complete, and am having the same issue, cannot enter the loft and going to Hero’s canton.
Looking at other posts, the timing seems match with the Europe power outage, seems something got a little ‘screwy’
