Hey,
So I’m having an issue in “My Story” I have a 22 human thief and I’m doing the level 20 story where i need to do the “Liberation” part of the quest..
it says i have an important mail that i need to read to proceed but i have non..
please help I’m stuck in the story

The ‘default’ answer here is to check the missing email isn’t being held up by ten others in front of it in your mail queue.

You can only read/pending 10 emails visible at one time in the queue – so delete a few and it may appear. Emails containing gemstore purchases count towards the ten, so be sure to collect any waiting items before deleting those.

If that don’t solve your problem fire off a ticket to support via the sticky at the top of the main Forum page.

Also, be aware that any time the next episode is the first episode of the next arc, (even when it says mail is forthcoming), you must wait until you reach the corresponding multiple of 10-level.

well i checked the mail and deleted few letters and it didn’t help…
i guess i’ll open a ticket..

anyways thank you guys for the response
