My slots to send mail or money to another player through ingame mail show a locked symbol on them, and when I hover over it with a mouse it says ((583860)) and if I click it, it brings up a window to pre-purchase Heart of Thorns. I have the exact same copy as my friend next to me, and she can send mail. What’s up?
If you have a new account, that feature will be locked until some time and hours played has passed.
