what is personal reward level of you character that didn’t get daily chest?(need at least lvl2) and did you complete jade maw fractal?

Meaning, you only get a lvl10 chest. And you don’t get it twice.
There’s a reason for the PRL.

What’s the point of a PRL it you could join a lvl 40 run and get the lvl 40 chest ?
if your personal reward level is 19lvl and you do 28lvl, you will get 10-18lvl daily box, because you do not yet qualify for 20lvl daily box. so if you do lvl10 on the same day, you won’t get 10-18lvl daily box because you already got it
with 19lvl personal level you could also do 2,4,6,8 lvl fractal to get 2-8lvl daily box
if you do any even diff lvl above 19lvl you will get 10-18lvl daily chest
