Guild Wars 2

guys, i unlocked King Toad’s Backpack Cover and Storm Wizard’s Backpack Cover during the super adventure box event. I even have the achievements for it. but in my wardrobe they are greyed out and i cant use them. Did this happen to anyone else?

Skins only went into the wardrobe if you still had them on one of your characters when the chance went through. Check your characters and bank to see if the skins are there; if they are, you can unlock them by either using them or right clicking to choose “Unlock skin”. If you don’t see them there, you could contact support to see if they’d send you a new copy of the skins.

i used them both and i dont have any in bank so i guess i gotta contact support

Did you transmute a new skin over them after you used them? (assuming you used them both before the wardrobe system).

If you did, they’re lost forever. Happened to me with Mad Memories. I have Mad Memories: Complete Edition, which I transmuted over the original.

yea thats what i did. Can i still get it back. Did you request them to fix it for you?
