Guild Wars 2

hello! i’ve been leveling a guardian, and i bought two 12 slot bags for her inventory, but the problem is, i can’t unequip them or take them out of my inventory at all. i’ve cleared out the bags so that they’re empty, and it won’t let me replace them. i’m just wondering if this is a bug, or what i might be able to do to fix this?

You need to drag the empty bags from their slots on the left into a different bag in your inventory, then drag the new bags into the empty slots on the left. They don’t swap.

i’ve been trying to do that, nothing has been working
