Guild Wars 2

so up until recently my juggernaut has made all of my outfits and cosmetic helmets look amazing but that seems to no longer be the case. This seems like a huge bug since there is no reason to remove awesome functionality from the game. So atm all the outfits i own and my wizard hat, avitors, aviator cap, top hat etc do not get coated in quicksilver when my hammer is equipped even though they used to for the last 2 years. anet plz
