In the Blazeridge Steppes the quest where you have to defeat an angry Kendrick Redstaff, it’s possible to interrupt his conversation before he is done. Doing so makes him invulnerable while attacking. The only way to defeat him is to have everyone run away so he resets and finishes his conversation at which time he becomes normal again.

Bump because I’ve just encountered this bug and found this thread thanks to Google.

FIX FOUND!: as it seems no 1 not even A net will fix this….(1st time I seen them not handle a bug) I found a fix my self. if you log out while fighting him, and he resets from being out of combat when you go back on he will be mortal.

Yeah, i encountered the same bug. I fixed it by going to the camp with NPCs not far from there. There’s a NPC asking for help there, talk to it to remove the invulnerabilty
