kicked from Wintersday Jumping Puzzle

This has been affecting everyone. Just keep trying. Also talk to the doorman if the gate rejects you, sometimes he is more effective.
this happened 3 years ago as some other fourm posts said
i was in the puzzle DC and now it has locked me out i enter portal and it loads the puzzle map then changes to Divinity’s Reach and takes me back out.
please fix as i am trying to get the wintersday falling snow collection skin.
