Yes I googled, only thing close was claw island and my personal is nowhere near 50.

Forums have those who got the achivement without doing claw island, so…..

There are a lot of areas that does not have any hearts, waypoints, point of interest or anything related to world completion. You can have 100% world completion and still miss areas.
