some kind of bug going on right now the event is bugged out with 0 white mantle remaining and no other events in that area are spawning because of it (including immelhoof and the ghosts)

also there is a horrible stuttering happening when approaching norans outpost

I can confirm the stuttering, just went through the noran puzzle and had my fps go from 60 to 1-2 for 3-4 seconds at least 5 times throughout the puzzle, also happens from time to time on the surface around the area.

Also just asked people on the map and they all said they experienced crazy fps drops around Noran’s Homestead too.

yeah been standing and waiting for 2 hours and the event with bandit spirits is not happening, i think due to the bug in noran homestead. how can i progress with my legendary trinket when im just lacking 1 collection item and this bug happen.

Today I got into an instance where the event chains were not bugged and I was able to do immelhoof. That horrible stuttering still appears whenever approaching norans so perhaps they are not related like I first thought
