since the september feature pack patch, the one that added CoherentUI_Host.exe for the trading post, the launcher is refusing to remember my passsword and autologin for me. Remember Account Name AND Remember Password boxes are both checked, ive tried unchecking and rechecking those two. client will autolaunch from the launcher once the password’s been entered, but every time i exit the client and restart it, the password box is again empty.

attempted resolutions:
-game advisor downloaded and run and logs submitted to support ticket
-deleted appdata\guildwars 2\local.dat
-unchecked remember username/password boxes in launcher, exit launcher and delete local.dat again
- delete temp.dat from GW2 install folder
- created and run shortcut for GW2.exe -repair
- uninstalled GW2 with Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode (most thorough), then reinstalled GW2 using installer off account page on guildwars2.com

GW2 is run with admin permissions on all shortcuts
is NOT installed under C:\program files, and is in fact on a physically separate drive from the OS(win7x64 home)
GW2 can be launched to autologin with the -autologin -nopatchui -email -password switches, but the launcher will not remember my password, despite being told to do so.

For many players, although the password field appears blank, it does remember the password. You can click the ‘Log In’ button without re-entering the password. Autoplay does seem to have issues, though.
