at some point while working on the legendary tier 1 for the incinerator i either sold or deleted the zinc ore without realizing it.

at first i didn’t think this would be much of a problem since i had managed to acquire an extra bauxite ore at some point. however after three days of just running copper nodes, roughly coming out to about 380ish nodes harvested and counting, i’m starting to wonder if its actually bugged out. or do i just have ridiculously bad luck for a second one to drop?

You could check with Hobbs in LA but the RNG components can be a bit of a troll. When killing ice elementals for Frostfang I got the collection item within the first couple kills for every map except Frostgorge Sound. Had to run many loops around the area to get it.
