so I pulled the exp item from the black lion chest,and I was level 47 now I am level 50 and the item said it would level me clear to 80. this has confused me abit as I really was hoping to play with my friends that are already @ level 80
The only item that will level a character to L80 is the Level 80 Boost, which can only be acquired (once) by owning/purchasing Heart of Thorns.
As far as I know, this item is not found in Black Lion Chests. Perhaps, you received an Experience Booster, or a Tome of Knowledge?
