Guild Wars 2

i have played with mesmer and two times now my level havent risen to the next for some wierd reason. i was first abaut lvl 4 and when it should rise to 5 it stayed at lvl 4. now again just couple of minutes ago same thing happened again. i was lvl 13 and it should have risen to 14, but this same wierd thing happened again and i stayed at lvl 13. so i am now 2 lvl lower than i should be in the game beacuse of this. not fun raising those exp:s again for second time. fix and i would like to have my lvl:s too.

I’ve noticed that when leveling after 80 the experience bar does not reset unless I log out and log back into the character. I assume this is the same issue? Is there a fix planned?
