The issue is that the end of Liberation has a “read your mail” step but the mail is part of the L30 storyline, so it won’t get sent until you’re L30. I looked into removing that story step entirely, but it would cause players on that step to get rolled back on their storyline, so the fix didn’t seem any better than the root bug. Once you reach L30, you’ll get the mail, and once you read it, it will finish out the L20 storyline and start the L30 story.

You probably aren’t level 30 yet to start the next quest.
no it says in my journal that i still have to do it but i cant access the instance any more
Move away from the start point and come back. If you’re standing IN the start point when you enter the map it won’t give you a popup—you need to ENTER the marked area. (The same thing happens if you click “no” to the popup. You need to walk way and re-enter the area to get the popup to reappear.)

Where is this green swirl/star? If you haven’t finished liberation it should be at the bandit caves in Queensdale. If it isn’t there then you are most likely at the end of the chain and everything will work out once you hit 30.
on my map it shows the green swirl in the kessex hills by the gap waypoint but in game its not there(where the character runs around)
Sorry I believe I was confused with another quest that sounds similar in description to the Liberation quest. Maybe try guesting to another server. I’m really unsure what the problem is here tho. Otherwise just level by doing hearts and map exploring until you get to level 30. If it doesn’t work itself out when you level to 30 you can try to put a support ticket in to customer service by following the support tab on the upper left part of this page.

What’s your current objective?
When I completed Liberation with my girlfriend (who was the leader of the instance) and my brother, both my brother and I got stuck at the part where it says to “read a letter” or whatever (neither of us got a letter) and we did not get any mission rewards. My girlfriend progressed and got rewards just fine. Once my brother and I hit 30, we finally got the lvl 20 mission rewards, and were able to continue on to the level 30 personal story arc.
At the time, I searched this problem, and multiple people seemed to have the same issue.
Yeah the link I linked above explained that. You don’t get the letter until you are level 30 which is kind of confusing. I figured it would work itself out once you all hit 30. So it is resolved then correct?
