if you use lightning flash with maximum range the skill does not activate at all sometimes although the area of effekt ring is green.
This happened to me a few times in combat but i recorded it only once when i was not in combat.
I dont know if this bug occures with any other skills.
in the video i tried to activate lightning flash 3 times and nothing happened. Then i moved the aoe circle a bit closer to me and the skill activated.

This is pretty annoying when you try to escape a zerg or try to dodge damage with lightning flash while youre cc’ed.
