When your in combat and are about to die you can just log out to character select and when you log back in the mobs will leave and you will have full HP again. I believe this is a bug BUT there is a use for it. Sometimes when I am at a vista with no monsters attacking me at all, my health wont regen and I cant get it unless I log out and back in. Before you fix the combat logging in and out bug please fix the vista bug.
