Guild Wars 2

Keep getting this annoying error. At first I could play fine I guess then I get back on a few days later make a new account to play with my friend. Every single time I trying getting out of the dream it loses connection and I have to redo the whole dream all over again. I’ve probably done it more than 10 times. I get to the boss dragon thing and half way through killing it boom loses connection. I portfowarded those 4 ports still nothing. I disabled my firewall still nothing, I uninstalled my AVs and made expection for Gw2.exe and UICoherent.exe or whatever its called still nothing :/ Please help

passed the dream but now im doing personal story quest and its happening again… happens a lot in cutscenes
