i found that the seraph outfitter eva (merchant) in lions arch sells two minor runes of the noble. there is no major rune of the noble, but they are priced differently.

I also noticed this. I wonder if buying the higher priced one gives you a major rune of the noble; maybe the vendor screen is just glitched.

Bringing this back from the dead. The problem still exists.
