Guild Wars 2

If you pick 25 trait points in illusion tree
the skills on scepeter and sword offhand “2” and “5”
which surpose to create clones on block
dont get the 20% reduces cooldown
even that the tooltip says it does.

tooltip says 9,5sec cd (scepeter) and when i use it its still 12sec.
same with the offhand sword says 12sec but its 15sec.
