Iwarden won t ever attack on slopes…
to reproduce 100% the issue try uncategorized fractal last boss room.
The room is sloppy and iwarden will never attack
Happens in any similar terrain (some hotw rooms for example).
GW2 balance:

A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.
