if iam in lionarch confusing images does 2000damge x5 if enter wvw get nerfed down to around 1000 damge ???

also if respec my build thake the same build end up whit 40-50more condidamge

second thing realy enoying like hell is using windows 8 dutch version win7 eng version enter guildwars 2 site always end up on germany site lol not german how can i fix that ????
