My old lfractal evel was 49.
My alt 6.

i havn’t logged on my main char to update lv 30 acc wide (forgot to)
so i started at lv 6, but we went allt he way to lv 39 now, making my personal lvl 15.
I’ve logged to me main hopign it’d update… but its only 30 still…

sooo ,, is this a bug or just m own mistake? (most likely the 2nd one)
Can i get this fixed?

Everyone should be reset to max level 30 at the start of this patch; so if it was 39 for some reason on your alt that must be some weird bug.

If it’s 30, and you’ve not done any new fractals to progress your levels yet, then it’s correct.

I said i did 9 runs to get to 39… even made a bug report from lv 37 under the living story section…

I think it’s pretty clear. The system had not updated your main, since you had not logged it on. When you ran with your alt, the system only knew about your alts current personal level (after the update), which went up to 15. When you logged on your main, the system updated your previous level 49 to the reset level 30. It’s not a bug, but it might be an oversight on their part.

If, however you had logged on your main first, letting it update, then logging on your alt, you would have started at personal lvl 30.

i’m well aware of that, my question is, can i request +9 lvls or not…

I somehow doubt it.

guess i’ll do them all over again… gf 16 hrs wasted …
