Guild Wars 2

Today after taking off my Arah Rewards medium chest piece and putting it in my inventory it disappeared and i am positive i did not sell it or destroy it. If someone could please help me get it back i would be very thankful. I am a student and i can only play on weekends, getting the chest piece took a lot of time and effort for 330 shards and i don’t want to have to go through the pain of going through the dungeon again. Thank you.

Hey! You’re not alone! I had the same problem as you! I had a old stack of 90 Symbols of Koda from before the patch and then after running at HotW, it was gone. ArenaNet takes forever to reply and still has not replied to me yet. Still waiting.

Goodness, I thought I was going crazy. Took out AC tokens, got DC. After I came back, they were gone from my inventory. What’s up, Anet?

I am sorry for both of you, but they cannot restore your items, even when it’s not your fault.
So you won’t get anything back from Anet, unless maybe it is bugged and will magically reappear again in your inventory.

Unless you are an ANet representive cut the crap, and let the guys wait for an official response.

Imho, you should submit a ticket for personal issues, they get answered faster. Forum is for general bugs.

lol. If you read a lot in these forums you would know what Anet will answer in that special case.
Maybe you cannot be sure for 100%, but in my opinion it is way nicer to help someone with an answer which Anet keeps on posting since these kind of things started happening instead of letting the thread be swept under the table which can happen in the bug forum very fast. Another point is that they sometimes won’t reply here, so submitting a ticket can help with that or not.
But submitting a ticket is worth a try. :-)

Yeah i sent a support ticket. I double clicked on a dagger to swap my weapons, and my exotic dagger disappeared from my character. it did not not swap places with the weapon i equipped, it just disappeared. really kitten for sure didn’t delete it or salvage
