missing mission

i am in wayfarer foothills acording to the game i am showing 97% and 15/16 of the hearts but when i look at the map i cant find any that are imcomplete from what i am seeing in the wiki the only one i can’t see at all is the “help the miners by fighting the dredge” in the icesteppes

You don’t see hearts on your map if you never spoke to them or never got them recorded via a scout, and you’re too far away from them. Just go there and help them out, you should be fine.
