Guild Wars 2

Many of the skins i purchased from the gem store in the past (ex: Grenth Hood) are not available in my wardrobe to be used as skins. To me this makes literally no sense and in retrospect makes all the armor purchases from the gem store i made, completely useless…thanks Anet for screwing me again.

I have the same problem with a skin, two of my characters have baseball cap and with the new wardrobe upgrade i lose them. I already talked with the black lion trader armorsmith and unlocked some of my skins but this one is still missing. I think im not the first one who got this problem and i have no way to get it back…

You have to talk to the black lion armor guy with the character who had the item equipped.
