Besides of a few others detailing how bosses spawn with less than 100% hp and then go up to full, or what happened to jormag’s claw not long ago…
Same thing happened to the Aetheric Interruptor. The Interruptor looked like it started with 10-15% health, but once a monster hits it, the Interruptor goes to full health.
