I did not receive the 10 laurels that are given upon monthly completion. I have also never done PVP dailys so I have not claimed the 10 laurels from pvp. is anybody having issues with this as well?

no i did not receive the reward before the patch. i was not able to finish monthly before patch and from 2/2 it became 2/4 post patch. but after finishing 4/4 the image at post is all i got.

Pre-patch 2/2 was finishing the Monthly. You only needed to do 2 of the Achievements to get your reward.

You could, however, finish the Monthly, again, by doing 2 more achievements, and you would be rewarded, again, sans Laurels.

If you were not rewarded pre-patch, I can only advise you contact CS, and discuss the issue with them. Good luck.
