Well, he is there but you still cannot kill him. If you get life down more then 15% he just resets and you have to start over. There is no way you can kill him by yourself or even if you are with someone. He keeps going back to 100% health

It must be server specific for you guys then, I just did it in Sanctum of Rall not even 15 mins ago.
