Guild Wars 2

i’ve bought the ultimate HoT dlc and alot of account upgrades on the gem store and wondering why i have 2 full primeval armor sets and 3 primeval skin sets ( used 1 skin set for unlock ) will it be possible to get those changed into something else fx. the light and medium skin sets for unlocks or what ever you think. seems kinda fail that you get same thing more then once just because you choose to spendt money on the game.

i’ve also bought some outfits and skins on the gem store but you kinda have to problem that you cant see which outfits and skins you’ve already bought

so i have also bought a few skins from the gem store that i had already unlocked
so if it would be possible to get the gems refunded for the skins ( still got them in the bank ) so that i can buy some that i haven’t already unlocked?
