There’s no way your star turned into that. Look at your bank again, and put “Star” in the search field. Do the same for your inventory. It’ll be in one of those places.

If your bank was open when activating the ‘Use’ option, the item was transferred to your bank. The ‘Use’ option acts like double-click, and when the bank interface is open, double-click sends the item to the bank.
