Whatever trait it is, I got chilled a dozen times during Elixir S. If chill can go through invuln, please update skill fact. I mean specifically the -66% movement speed. It goes through invuln.

I could swear that chills and cripples and the like went through invulns? the last time i played my guardian with the invuln meditation in PVE it was happening?
