so with staff mastery mark of blood is listed as 6 sec instead of 4 3/4 sec. not really a big deal, but its been around for several months.

Team Deathmatch for PvP – Raise the AoE cap for WvW – More unique events for PvE

Maybe the bug is that it’s supposed to be 6 secs (one can hope)
