net::ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED

HELP! i cant use the trading post or the black lion store and i always get net::ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED. I am not using any proxy at all.. any advice?

I got login issues from the Netherlands. Cost me my Great Jungle Wurm kill so I am not happy at the moment.

I’m located in Okinawa, Japan. I don’t think a connection in the states will cause the problem I’m having. Sorry should have included geographical location in post.
