i have been running the world events since reset, and out of the 7 events ive done, ive only gotten the reward chests for 2 of them, maw and karka. i get gold event reward, so im clearly hitting enough, but i am getting no world chests or bonus chests.

ive tried restarting the client, but that didnt help. is anyone else having this issue? how do i fix it?

Gold reward does not guarantee you have met the threshold to achieve the damage needed to earn the Chest reward. You may not have.

im there attacking the whole time, what else should i need to do to get it?

Without knowing how many players are participating, I can’t really say what the threshold might be for you. You might try partying up, some claim that helps.

i am in a party, the people in my party are getting the chests but i am not

What weapons? What profession? Have you tried another character? DR may have set in, it has happened to me on Champ Trains.

I’ve been having the same issue today as well, I completed the Karka Queen event, but no chest or bonus chest. However I did unlock a new trait skill. I then went to Golem, completed that, this time I got the chest for completion, but did not get the bonus chest. This was all done after daily reset. I’m sure there are others out there having the same issue.

changing characters did not help

Same thing for the Triple Trouble wurm event, I didn’t get the daily Wurm’s Golden Chest… I know the loot is so terrible that it seems like we don’t get any, but at least let us try opening the chests^^

Well for me after completing Karka there was no chest, and then of course the whole game client crashed. Upon reloading the map, the chest was right in front of me Moral of the story, everything’s messed up.

You mean the chest on the ground or the daily chest? I was missing the daily chest but I got the chest on the ground (but from the Wurm in my case).

Probably the reason behind this. If someone here was able to unlock the new trait, they should have gotten enough credit for the chest as well.
