help I can’t access the hero icon with mouse or keyboard I gave them access to account to fix it but they just e-mailed back to say yes they see that there is a bug but didn’t fix it does anyone have the same problem and know what I can do to fix this

Have you tried a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s)?
