Either July 6th evening or early July 7th, I did not receive any rare drop from the chest at the conclusion of the final boss fight in Aetherblade Retreat. The other players with me did not receive theirs either.
It doesn’t matter now, but I additionally wanted to say stability skills for rangers in this dungeon needed fixing.
